Our Philosophy on Intentional Exchange

Due to the deeply personal and transformative nature of our offerings, all BTB products and services are final sale unless damaged or defective. Each offering is carefully curated to support your journey - we want to ensure you're ready to fully commit to your transformation.

Final Sale Policy

All BTB offerings are final sale due to their transformative and personal nature, except in cases of:

· Damaged items received during shipping

· Defective products that don't function as described

· Incorrect items sent in error

Exceptions for Damaged/Defective Items

Damaged or Defective Products: We will provide full replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery if items arrive damaged or defective.

Replacement Process:

1. Contact thebloomkeeper@beneath-bloom.com within 14 days of delivery

2. Include order number and photos of damaged/defective items

3. We'll provide return authorization and replacement/refund options

4. Return shipping covered by BTB for damaged/defective items

Sister Circles & Coaching Sessions

Sister Circles: Refunds available only before the first session begins. Once the circle convenes, no refunds due to the intimate group dynamic and limited space availability.

1:1 Bloomkeeper Sessions:

· Rescheduling: 48-hour notice required for rescheduling without penalty

· Cancellation: Full refund available before first session only

· Session Validity: All sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase

· Emergency Situations: Handled case-by-case with compassion and flexibility

Nirvana by BTB Spiritual Tools

Trees of Life: Due to their handcrafted nature and energetic preparation, these pieces are final sale. We guarantee quality craftsmanship and will replace any items damaged during shipping.

Return Process (Damaged/Defective Items Only)

2. Include: Order number, description of damage/defect, and photos

3. Authorization: We'll provide return authorization and instructions

4. Shipping: BTB covers return shipping for damaged/defective items

5. Processing: Replacements/refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item

Items Not Eligible for Return

· All products in working condition (final sale policy)

· Digital products once accessed

· Personalized or customized items (unless defective)

· International orders (except for damaged/defective items)
